Participants should respond as spontaneously as possible to each question, not on how it is best to act, but on what they would instinctively do. To do this, we invite them to go somewhere they can be alone and complete the questionnaire in one go (15 to 20 minutes).<\/p>\n

The results are debriefed by telephone with one of our negotiating experts.<\/p>\n
