LAURENCE AUTAIN

A consultant psychologist, Laurence joined AlteRHego in 2018 to help organisations combine collective effectiveness with quality of working life. She brought twenty years of clinical and systemic practice with young people, adults and professional teams, as well as experience advising on psychosocial risk prevention and quality of working life.

She has led many interventions following periods of tension or potentially traumatic events. She supports leaders and other organisational stakeholders in managing crises and complex situations, and facilitates listening and discussion spaces during transformation as part of psychological support programmes.

Her work focuses on supporting and assessing professionals facing difficulties in their working environment, restoring their capacity to be, think and act, and mobilising the resources needed to move forward individually and collectively.
