Stéphanie Guedez

Stéphanie holds a Master’s degree in Social Psychology and a Specialised Master’s in Human Resources from ESCP Europe. She has fifteen years of professional experience, mainly in recruitment and executive search in Paris, Singapore and Washington, D.C. She also spent two years in the Diversity and Inclusion department of a major European industrial group.

Her experience across continents, markets, cultures, sectors and organisational systems enables her to provide a nuanced, context-sensitive analysis of the challenges companies face. She joined AlterNego’s Diversity and Inclusion practice to contribute through consulting, assessments and knowledge-sharing that help clients accelerate change.
