Romain Petit

Romain holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Sociology, specialising in organisational analysis, from Paris Cité University. He joined AlterNego as a consultant and mainly works on diversity, inclusion and quality of working life within organisations.

In his consulting work, Romain facilitates focus groups and individual interviews, contributes to assessment presentations and helps develop recommendations for improvement.

He also delivers training, webinars and workshops on diversity, inclusion, bias and stereotypes. He contributes to the instructional design of the firm’s training programmes to ensure the continuous development of the knowledge shared and the teaching tools used.
