AMIVI-SIKA DOGBOLO

Passionate about workplace issues and improving working conditions, Amivi holds qualifications in organisational sociology, occupational psychology and ergonomics. After two years in human resources at RATP, she moved into consulting. Her early assignments involved public-sector and non-profit organisations before she joined AlterNego.

Amivi works on psychosocial risk prevention, quality of working life and working conditions, and diversity and inclusion. Committed to sharing knowledge, she also teaches on the Master’s programme in Sociology of Work and Change Management at Paris-Saclay University.
