Célia Badet is a certified coach who has specialised in psychosocial risk prevention and the human development of organisations for fifteen years.

She has founded and led consultancies focused on career transition and executive coaching, and on promoting and protecting mental health at work.

She has led business development for psychosocial risk prevention consultancies and helped companies manage complex or sensitive situations.

She joined the Utopies–Alternego group to bring these two dimensions together as a coach, consultant and Development Director.
