Céline Bartoli

After fifteen years as an in-house legal adviser and then a regulatory transformation lead in investment banking, Céline has spent more than eight years helping companies address management and transformation challenges through training, coaching and consulting, drawing on her own management experience.

A graduate of McGill University and Paris-Dauphine University in Management and Team Coaching, and an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Céline leads the firm’s Change, Management & Cooperation expertise.

She is also trained in facilitation and is a practitioner of Appreciative Inquiry, Design Thinking and ORSC.
