Florence is an experienced mediator for companies, associations and hospital sector. With her expertise she intervenes on internal analysis, in order to provide recommendations that promote cooperation in contexts of interpersonal or team conflicts. She is a trainer in conflict management both in companies and in schools (ESSEC, ENA, INET). She has experience in project management and participated in the implementation of the social and civic mediation system for Montreuil. A Graduate in Political and Social Communication (DESS), in Negotiation and Conflict Management (DU) as well as in Family Mediation (State Diploma), she has co-written with Jean -Edouard Grésy and Cristina Kuri “La mediation au travail. Comment réussir.” (Mediation in the workplace. How can we succeed ?) (De Boeck, 2019).
