Inès Cahuzac

A graduate of the Master’s in Public Affairs at Sciences Po Paris, Inès joined AlterNego as a junior consultant in 2026 after a year as an apprentice at the firm.

During her studies, Inès developed strong expertise in workplace equality and gender inequality, notably through Sciences Po’s Gender Equality Certificate programme.

Her non-profit experience and work with the French Directorate-General for Administration and the Civil Service (DGAFP) on a parenting toolkit also gave her an in-depth understanding of public policy and the relationships between stakeholders in social dialogue.

At AlterNego, Inès works on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and on psychosocial risk prevention, particularly gender-based and sexual violence. Her assignments include training, consulting, study reports, articles, situation analysis and harassment investigations.
