We are all subject to unconscious biases that can lead us to make bad decisions and judgements.

Bias in judgment depends on cognitive factors – specific to the individual – and situational factors – related to the working environment.

A bias is natural and implicit, so it is much more effective to assess risk factors to reduce their impacts.

THE PARTICIPANTS

On 5-point scales, participants are asked to rate their exposure to different risk factors according to:
/ their intensity: “not at all agree” to “totally agree” or
/ their frequency: “very rarely” to “very often”

throughout the quiz, participants learn about the factors that increase the risk of
judgment and biased decisions.
