Employee relations and negotiation: challenges and approaches
Identify tools and approaches that make social dialogue a driver of conflict resolution and social performance.

Employee relations
We talk a great deal about social dialogue and negotiation, without always meaning the same thing. In many companies, social dialogue refers only to discussions between employee representatives and leadership about major transformations, mandatory annual negotiations and company agreements. Sometimes this dialogue runs alongside the real concerns of managers and teams rather than addressing them. Agreements are signed but are hard to translate into practice.
