Give and receive feedback methodically to develop without damaging relationships.

Management
“Feedback is a gift.” You have read it in the management handbook, and you agree. To improve, we all need feedback to step back, understand what works and what does not, and adapt.
Putting this into practice can be harder: misunderstood intentions, disagreement about facts, talking past each other, confusing feedback with reprimands, sensitivity, unfortunate wording and resistance to change. Giving and receiving feedback is a relational adventure. With method and practice, we can all become better at constructive feedback.
Let’s discuss your challenges and audience.
