Philippe Emont

A Graduate from the University Paris IV, from Institut Catholique de Paris and the EGE, Philippe has worked on issues of social responsibility and on the establishment of multilateral forums for dialogue in controversial contexts. A trainer and a consultant, he has been involved since 2007 in facilitation, consultation and management of psychosocial risks. His field of expertise is Social Dialogue, he is notably the co-author of Gérer les risques psychosociaux” (Managing psychosocial risks) et “Le Dialogue social : prenez la parole !” (Social Dialogue: take the floor !) (ESF, 2014). He also contributed to a work of Psychotraumatology with his article “Le dialogue social à l’épreuve de la psychotraumatologie du travail” “Social dialogue and the test of occupational psychotraumatology” (Armand Colin, 2016).
