The negotiating aptitude test presents three common bargaining situations that will help you:

/ Understand the tensions inherent in the negotiation and the steps towards effective negotiation

/ Identify and evaluate the instinctive reflexes you use during your negotiations

/ Be aware, during the debriefing of the results, of your strengths as a negotiator

/ Determine your skills development areas for conducting negotiations

FRAMEWORK :​

Participants should respond as spontaneously as possible to each question, not on how it is best to act, but on what they would instinctively do. To do this, we invite them to go somewhere they can be alone and complete the questionnaire in one go (15 to 20 minutes).

The results are debriefed by telephone with one of our negotiating experts.
