Patrick Scharnitzky

With a PhD in social psychology, Patrick was a university lecturer for 15 years and an affiliated professor at ESCP Europe for 10 years. His research focuses on inclusion, intelligent diversity management, and the impact of stereotypes on social and professional interactions. A speaker and a trainer, he works with companies on all these topics. He has written “Les pièges de la discrimination : tous acteurs, tous victims” (l’Archipel, 2006) (The pitfalls of discrimination: all actors, all victims), “Les stéréotypes en entreprise : les comprendre pour mieux les apprivoiser” (Eyrolles, 2015), (Understanding workplace stereotypes in order to better deal with them), “Les paradoxes de la coopération : comment rendre le collectif ‘vraiment intelligent” (Eyrolles, 2018), (The paradoxes of cooperation: how to make the group “really intelligent”) and “Être soi en entreprise : estime, confiance, engagement, reconnaissance” (Mardaga, 2021).
