Marie -Thérèse began her career as an executive assistant within the distribution sector. She went on to join an IT software firm and participated it its structuring up until its takeover by a flagship French company. In this new structure of about 1,000 people, she joined the Deputy CEO as an executive assistant before going to the Human Resources department as assistant to the HR Director.

She is now the Administrative and Financial manager at AlterNego, where she coordinates all matters for the subsidiaries.
